At Redstone Farm Kamarooka, our honey is harvested on farm and with care by hand the traditional way, extracted and bottled raw, preserving its authentic taste and nutritional value.
The classic blueberry jam. Made from handpicked, farm-grown and sun-ripened organic blueberries.
We small batch make our jam using only the best ingredients, with a simple time tested recipe of farm picked blueberries, Australian grown sugar and local lemons. This lets the natural pectins in the fruit do the work.
No added preservatives, thickeners, pectin or gelatine.
- Hand crafted at Redstone Farm in Kamarooka, Vic.
- Locally and sustainably sourced & milled river red gum from Elmore, Vic.
- All voids have been meticulously filled with the highest quality 2 part resin.
- Table top is 19” x 16” x 2” and features a live edge.
- Table height is 18” / 46cm
- Matt black legs with adjustable feet.
- The timber has been finished in Rubio Monocoat which provides a natural look and feel, whilst also providing a good level of scuff, moisture and heat protection. It can also be very easily cleaned and reapplied at home if ever needed in the future.
